Dr. Berbeco is a passionate organizational development advocate who has many years of leadership experience advocating for workplace authenticity, developing culture, leading strategy, and driving change and innovation within large corporate entities.
Prior to recently receiving her Doctorate in Psychology at Touro University Worldwide she earned two Master’s degrees in Health Administration and Counseling.
She currently is a Health Economics & Analytics Execution Director, Chief of Staff at Fortune 30 company and leads key function areas including cost of care regional strategy, organizational development, change management, product portfolio management, and business transformation.
She has multiple publications and presented at various conferences and podcasts on topics related to organizational leadership, diversity and inclusion, and authenticity in the workplace.
